You had 2 sets of tenants hustling you...happens all the time but if you happen to land at BP and get some great advice from established landlords & investors....try to listen even if it goes against your heart or your hopes that it's going to work out and the tenant will start paying.

They need to have your best interest at heart and not just want to take money from you.

In the end, whether you build your own team or go with turnkey type set up, you would still need to do your due diligence to make sure those teams in place have your best interests at heart.

At heart, I'm happiest when working through house problems like rebuilding a kitchen, fixing a bad layout, or sprucing up a property.
