With the exception of a fee of websites, I don't see investors putting a lot of time and care into either content or assurances of information confidentiality which again is a turn-off.How were you able to provide that in a time and cost-effective manner?

Maybe T’s and C’s can be shared without disclosing and company names or any confidential information.A few points of contention for me are: 1.

It seems you were a bit too lenient with them to begin with and never share your personal, financial or confidential information with tenants.

I have reviewed properties where actual P&L's going back 3 or 4 years have been provided just for the asking along with full response to any questions to others properties  that basically tell you an NOI and keep everything else confidential until they accept an offer.

To feel confident, I want to have a solid understanding of how to set up a business, proper insurance coverage, each step in the process of making an offer through closing a deal, and a strategy for managing the property.

An NDA is to discourage parties from sharing confidential information, using information for trades or business, etc.

I was confident I was protected in the event I had to foreclose and dispose of the property.This is meant to correct what seems like a misconception you have.
