Thank you so much for the reply I’ve been writing down by 2025 goals just because right now isn’t my time doesn’t mean that my time isn’t going.

@Sanjay Bhagat, I am all for chasing returns, and if that is the goal, then I agree with you that real estate in general and syndications, specifically, are not worth it.  

Right now, we’re seeing a slight increase in inventory and some corrections in rents, which could create opportunities—but achieving solid cash flow on a condo can still be challenging.Getting pre-approved is a great first step to narrow down your options and focus on locations that make sense for your goals.

I think about how purchases affect my personal goals, our tenants, and people I buy gifts for. 

It's important to choose that one and commit to using it.

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.
