Instead why don't they change the zoning map so 2-4 units are now in a RT status which allows us to increase density by right.

With recent changes in the market, I know there a lot of smart investors in the Dayton area who pursue this strategy and have swept in to pick many of these properties up.

Just don't change your address to your parent's house, that would throw up a red flag. as long as that remains your primary and you aren't renting it out for at least a year after purchase, there shouldn't be any issues.

Just change your settings and discounts to attract MTR or LTR crowds,  personally, I would be careful Of furnished finders.
