Personally, I’m seeing a lot of interest in fix-and-flip projects and long-term rentals, but financing remains a key challenge for many.

The market has its challenges, but I’ve found that with the right approach, there are definitely opportunities to be had.

Talking with clients, literally every day for the past 20 months, has given me a lot of insight into what kinds of challenges they face with STR software.I am just looking to network, maybe answer a few questions, and learn something.

there are so many forum posts on BP from folks who bought a random property in a 'low cost' market and got crushed by deferred maintenance or challenging tenants.i looked at a few of your other posts.
