Hi everyone,This is my first time posting and I had a question regarding DSCR cash out refinancing:Are the DSCR loan amounts calculated strictly on the debt service ratio or does an appraisal come in to play? 

I've posted many times about my experiences.

:)The only beef I have with your post is that you are already assuming their is going to be beef between tenants and you are going to have to play peace maker.

I've had no luck with their stats or with any of the stuff VRBO posts up there.

Your post made it sound simply like a mortgage and its payments were not being reported for your credit report but your post makes it sound like something different. 

Imagine if landlords did this to tenants (and I know some do...I'm responding to another post like that right now...).

I’ve posted in other forums and getting a lot of responses saying I need to save more because what I have so far would not be enough.
