Before I made my latest multi-unit purchase, I must have browsed the interiors of around 40-50 units.

For now, we stay in AirBnbs when we travel, but I hate the whole AirBnb experience of browsing hundreds of listings, having maintenance issues, having to guess if the location is good, and knowing that I am likely displacing a local family (airbnbs are ruining the neighborhood I live in, so I am sensitive to this).

A good way to do this is to browse through magazines or images online.

@Jomont Dotton While you are educating yourself here on BiggerPockets, you can browse some deals at Mobilehomeparkstore.com, Loopnet.com and CRExi.com. 

The downfall is no interface purpose built for landlords. 

Working with an experienced provider of such plans will greatly shorten your learning curve as compared to browsing the web for hours on end.

I've been browsing Bigger Pockets for about a year now absorbing as much knowledge as I can gather.

I use a mac for everything at this point so that is the interface that i am most familiar with.

Their integrated software dialer makes it easy once you get someone on the phone to take notes, make a call disposition or to set appointments right in the interface.
