Yup and if you want to know what your worse day is.. just be a syndicator whose deal did not quite work.. and the lawsuits that follow.. bloody awful this is not a beginners go to boot camp deal.. these are unregistered securities and .. there is just so much more to it.those that are vertically integrated and have deep backgrounds in financial management CPA Lawyer very experienced real estate operators I get that..

In the even that your adding to existing Podio data, Podio does have a primary key/unique record solution when uploading data... but the trick is creating unique identifiers (first name is not sufficient as there are 100s of "Mary's" on a list, phone numbers can be difficult from multiple traces) so it's important to use Excel to create these unique identifiers.

Marie Poe except the purchase agreement you'd be assigning wouldn't be including the $15k or so in rehab, and $15k or so in rent you're trying to recover....which means the buyer can't finance it as part of the purchase price, and would have to come out of pocket with an extra $30k or so, plus whatever closing costs/profit you're trying to cover.
