In that 800k-1M price range you may want to consider less cash flow for 1-3 years because in the right areas the rents and value appreciation is kicking in faster. 

It will get me where I want to be far faster.  

There is no comparison in the quality of life. small town, country living will ALWAYS beat the city life.

Might be overkill but it keeps things fresh and clean. 3 sets of everything, that way there is always a clean backup on site, while one could be at the off site laundry.

I find in these locks that there is too much possibility of a deadbolt not cycling all the way, or if there is a slight bit of tension on the deadbolt from temperature swelling or what have you, then it wears out the battery and motor faster.
