You can make it work but you're going to have to spend time messing with training and managing them and your time is likely worth more than the head ache.

Structuring your business in a way that makes it as easy to do business with the least head aches as possible should be a consideration? 

by PayPal, Venmo, ach, check, cash, whatever.

I have it set up on ACH and already got a remittance notice that the “short interest” (not sure what that is, I have to call them or look it up.

This is evident in how many clients try to do an ACH transfer of the money even though you tell them an ACH and a wire are different, an ACH will be rejected....and they still do the ACH.

I hadn't thought of taking pictures and doing a before and after type thing but that is very clever and will definitely save me a lot of head ache so that you for that idea!

The only ones that do are the ones who want out of medicine.
