After this, she says she can't pay any rent this month because all of her clothes were ruined.....lolFast forward to court day.  

They can be good for elderly/disabled people who don't have to lift heavy wet clothes to transfer them from one unit to another.

I don't think I'm okay with that and not sure if I'm overreacting.I'm concerned about smells sticking to clothes and getting into the flooring or paint.

I have a 10x20 garage rented to a guy that is storing personal property:  tools, furniture, books, clothing, etc. 

Get some gray cloth chairs and vase and put it on the table. 

After 2 days of the eviction, he left cloths, foods, and other house holds stuff at the drive way.he damaged the property and walls are nailed, taped, and other stains on the wall, carpet needs to replaced, and bad shape of landscaping.

The terrace is becoming the center of the apartment - people eat, relax, work, sunbath, lounge, invite friends over, practice yoga, you name it, in a space like this.
