There are plenty of these.For out of state investors it's very beneficial to buy condos because the exterior Cap exp included in HOA (roof, driveways, sometimes even A/C units outside the wall). 

We spent a few month making it very modern and attractive - moved W/D upstairs, new appliances, removed walls, refinished hardwoods, granite, new cabinets etc.  

This was a Wall Street/Bankers scam at its best and all the scumbags were involved.

If something gets broke on Wall Street, the entire infrastructure feels it.

I didn't move any walls and the spaces range from 200 sq ft to 3000 sq ft.  

My understanding, was that I could "hang my license" on another brokers wall for potentially a fee without actually working for them.

Screen door - the screen door was taken out and leaning against the wall and has a tear in it.

There is not much work that needs to be done, just a little dry wall, paint and a backed up sink in the basement.
