So I don't think there will be a lump sum payment at the end of the forbearance period for most people unless they abused it without needing it; and even then it will only be to those who got caught by the bank.

I definitely don't think I'm abusing the law by taking a refrigerator after 10 years but I'm curious to understand the law here as well.
