Some owners may misunderstand and choose to replace the pipes on their own, saving the EPA some time and money.These pipes were installed over 100 years.

I save untold thousands annually thanks to it.  

And who cares if they did, the tenant moves out and you just rent to private pay tenants.

I would say try to save a little bit more.

you may find it beneficial to avoid paying lender fees over and over again, on 3 properties though if you go with a lender that doesn't charge a ton of junk fees then you'd save doing it separately. 

The seller doesn’t need to know that the underwriters may give you more of a hassle than other buyers.Or do you have lines of credit or a private lender so you can make a “cash” offer then try to get the financing through before close or at worst just do a cash out refi after close?
