We are rocking here and have a very strong real estate market.  

It doesn’t hurt that the Charlotte MSA is now Statesville to Rock Hill, Hickory to Salisbury with coverage at all points in between.

I personally do not like seeing this and find it to be a red herring for, "There is a issue, we know about it, but it's on you to figure it out".

In order for me to move back, you would have to a) lower the COL so that I could really make money, and b) turn the state Red again.....both of which are unlikely, but I appreciate the offer!

Rock solid paper and the discount was the same as we were doing 7 year term at 13 or 15% cant recall which one.. if you have enough spread in what U pay for the dirt and can then sell it for its a great way to do this.
