Anyone out there on W2 , owning a STR that is taking the benefit of its managment qualifying you to take real estate losses against your W2?

Build a strong team with experienced lenders, real estate agents, and property managers, and educate yourself through books and podcasts.

@Ryan Cousins it's really going to depend on YOUR analysis/projections of what you think the property will be worth in the future.You'll want to compare that to any capital gains tax-savings if you sell now.
