Millennial will manage to pay of their student debt and outgrow MFH and apartment complexes.

I lurked and educated myself on real estate for 3 years before I had the comfort to go and buy our first property.As far as next books that I would recommend reading:Set for Life by Scott Trench - He's a millennial, like us, his book is a good foundation builder for the thought processes that go into seeking financial freedom.Long-Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene - I recommend this one because I'm not sure that the Berkshire area is the best to invest in, with regards to multi-families and this book helped me to feel more comfortable with buying out of state, though this approach definitely isn't for everyone.I also recommend any of the BP published books as they tend to be some of the better written real estate books I've seen lately. 

When the millennials have to start paying back student loans in Aug/Sept, that is also going to hurt travel.   

Also guys- I guess I'm biased again on this, but hear me out....After spending some time on bigger pockets you'll notice that Millennials are obviously interested in real estate.  

I really like what is happening in most big cities were certain areas of the inner urban core is being revitilized from Ghetto status to millennial filled up and coming neighborhoods.....

I talk to plenty of millennials who already have 5+ properties, pretty impressive and will be retiring a lot earlier than most.

If you do single her out like this, and she can prove that your intent was to purposefully get rid of her and her ESA (this thread certainly helps her case if she comes across it), then you're partaking in the exact discrimination that the ADA prohibits, and you're looking at a potential lawsuit.The way I see it, younger generations (millennials and gen Z) are very attached to their animals and treat them more as family that past generations have, and landlords and owners are smart to begin to come up with ways to allow animals, and even monetize.

In the short term, millennials want small homes and apartments close to downtown, and are still largely renting.

After talking with my parents about my plan on quitting my job (might not have gone about this correctly) they were pretty upset and probably think i'm crazy.I am not just some unhappy millennial kid who hates working and is looking to make money being lazy.

New home sales are doing well and Millennials appear to be moving away from expensive cities and towards suburbs.
