How are you faring in Madison and elsewhere?

Another area to maybe consider is Madisonville/Madison Place.     

I do  not think we will see prices to reverse, we have just too much demand from Millennials.Interesting is also how Madison and Milwaukee have such different price levels, if I recall correctly Madison was like number 32 on Kilplinger.

Madison, AL is good place to start for those.

My name is Madison Heck, I'm a 25 year old product manager at a tech company in New York City that is looking to shift into real estate investing on the side initially, but transitioning to full time once I can hopefully replicate my income.I am getting closer to closing on a property in Ithaca, NY (where I went to school) with a business partner of mine in the next month or two.

It's definitely solid over here on the west side of Wisconsin, but if you know of anything in the Madison or Milwaukee area let me know.

Also, when(if) things turn, Morristown gets a little harder than say Madison/Chatham because they have superior schools systems.
