If your seller was given a good offer that was reasonable by a strong buyer would they go to LOI and proceed with us OR Are they looking to hold offers for 3 weeks and have multiple rounds of bids to extract another 25 basis points on the sales price?

General Questions about taking the next step: 1.Funding my next investment: I sit on some equity, especially with House A and C, but I do not want to sell the properties, a full equity extract would be great but I do not want to be 1:1 for mortgage payment vs. rental income as I want to leave room for issues/repairs.

As far as specific riders, I would make sure your policy covers hash oil extraction; plenty of units in Colorado have burned down because of this.

I find most fraudsters are lazy so if they have to spend a ton of time to talk to you to extract money then they will move on if you pierce their initial pitch.
