(I have no idea what yet)I am starting the year with a bang by planning the Midwest Real Estate Networking Summit, a 3 day event in May focused on learning everything about succeeding in Chicago real estate investing (details to come by the end of the month)I continue to strive to maintain the lifestyle goals I set for myself, never setting an alarm in the morning, working no more than 30 hours a week, and travelling 10 weeks a year. 

The less we expect or require of kids when they are younger, and the more we sponsor them having a care free lifestyle, the more likely we will have to continue to sponsor a part of that lifestyle later on and the more I get paid helping them adjust their thinking in order to cope with the real world.

In other areas like Houston and FL, batteries are commonly sold as a "lifestyle choice" - worthwhile to offer independence even when the grid is down.What is accurate is that every home/system is different.

The problem is that I have a very busy lifestyle and have close to none free time and it's extremely difficult for me to take any time off work (to go to a court for eviction, to meet with attorney etc.).

Whether they don't feel responsible for the property since it isn't their money paying for the rent or they just in general don't live clean and tidy lifestyle.

I had to take action and starting building passive cash flow to support my lifestyle.

A personal home is a life style decision not a investment.

This kind of thing was important to me because personally I love being in the area due to interests and lifestyle.

this is very common for milleneal/gen-z born after 1998, netflix generation.basicaly it's much more beyond that: everything is on-demand , no commitment, free trial is ok lifestyle :)
