The market here is definitely on the up and up↗️ if you've noticed in the news in Vegas lately there is a massive amount of development in progress & future planned development of a $1.4 Billion dollar football stadium for the NFL's Raiders to come here plus 2 more casinos going up in the next consecutive years.

Some people live in a self made utopian fantasy that all people on these assistance programs are destitute and unable to work . 

If Alex " I dont wanna contact the sales department" L was the expert he claims he is, I'd be making millions in Y-Town on a weekly basis selling properties for double what they are worth for every single landlord in the city. lol I'd prolly just go ahead and retire in a few months and maybe fly my family down to the fantasy island Alex L is living at to toss some beers back.

Football season is great!!

I can just easily not and only drink some beer and watch some football.  

If I would say anything that would be helpful on the state level, it would be: it's a landlord friendly state, so long term rentals are good from that standpoint; from 2020 to 2021 it was #8 in terms of population growth, so people are moving here a lot; tourism is notable here, STRs do well in certain areas; property taxes are generally lower than many states; if you're investing in East Tennessee act like you're a UT fan, especially with their football team doing so well this season! 

I bought my home back in 2014, here in Inglewood before the announcement of the football stadium.

I used to tell people all the time, think of your home as your favorite football player.

I'd just think about where people like to go- beaches, lakes, mountains, near big attractions, college towns (big football schools), etc.
