How did you initially miss those potential issues and would it even be possible to detect?

Most claim adjusters are not detectives and come out and see whether you live there or not. 

I decided to give mail chimp a try and after spending 2 hours, buying one of their templates, activating a landing page, and entering the email text, they told me a BOT had detected that words in my EMAIL such as VACANT , HOMES , LEADS , all violated their acceptable use policy - terms of service.Here is the email I tried to send out through mailchimp, that got FLAGGED and got my account restricted/blocked:Hi, I just got a list of Vacant Homes within the city of Las Vegas.List is single family homes that went vacant from May 1st toJune 18thList has full addresses, within the entire city of Las Vegas..25 cents an addressAlexhttps://www.biggerpockets.com/users/AlexM472--------------that's the entire AD.

As a matter of course, we have to bring the building up to code which includes ADA compliance (grab bars and roll in showers) and fire suppression/detection (fire sprinklers, alarms and lights, etc.).  

I have an exterior security camera that sends me pictures on detection of motion so I would see unapproved pets (or people).

Will the utility company come out and do a leak detection with their equipment for you? 

You can calculate that into their rent if necessary.Based on your questions, if I were you, I would do a little bit more research before renting out the property because I detected a lot of red flags and you WILL lose money.  

We use Nest Cams at our house and they send us notifications via text or email if it detects any movement.
