Transforming a living area from poor to breathtaking is a process I want to continue over and over again.

It is no secret companies are trying to transform into digital enterprises and adopting technology in the process.

That transformed alot of AG land farmers owned for 10,000 an acre to sell for 70,000 to 80,000 an acre when developers came calling to build office for the vendors.It's not the norm but some farmers can really make out if an area is trannsformed by selling.

Sometimes I also see people using those "Rust-Oleum Transformation" kits, but I've never tried it myself. 

We believe it's wise to transform it into a real business instead of just a side gig.

Yet, I made a positive comment on short-term rentals there because 1) Once a bit of a backwater city, Malaga has transformed into a little Barcelona and has therefore become much more popular.

Hello,I would love to hear from those that bought an SFR and transformed it into a multi-family rental property, i.e. a duplex.Can you share your story on that transformation?

Transforming neighborhoods and an influx of people certainly helps.
