interesting that the graphic @Nina Hayden posted has 2021 as having very low foreclosure number - sure - the pandemic basically put mortgage foreclosures on hold so I would expect that number to be artificially low.....

To this day, I’ll move a yard of mulch, clean our gutters, mow the lawn etc but I will not color, cut or even touch up the roots of my hair!

Still too early but we plan to convert lawn to gravel that can be used for parking, adding a BBQ area, and setting up fiberoptic internet.
