You accepted them and now less than 2 weeks before move-in you want to cancel on them.

I don't advertise on Craigslist and FB marketplace-I rely on word of mouth  so people know before they come to my house they WILL be tested multiple times a week and WILL have to go to AA meetings, do their chores and be a TEAM player with the rest of the house.

The pictures finally got sent in approx 4 weeks later by my Project Manager.  

In the situation that I had they moved out a week before which worked out.

We recently got 2 weeks of bookings for executives from a staffing company in our area.  

However, the caseworker is not reachable for weeks now.

The timing for this varies but can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a month, depending on the local housing authority’s schedule.Additional Paperwork/Procedures?
