They come speak to we agents at conventions and claim they aren't trying to cut us out, because the way it works is the seller (who can sell without showings, staging, etc.) is given an "instant offer" by them, but also a professional valuation from an agent, so in their mind, they are including us.The offers are very low, from what I've heard, and the fees equal, or in some cases, more.

Typically, that would be geared towards making a commission upfront on deals or flipping so you get the income now.Both great strategies, but it depends on the stage of life that you are in at this moment.

Most of my other properties are small commercial.I've got a decent amount of equity in what I think is a sizeable portfolio for my age & stage, as well as access to some private money, but have been coming to the conclusion that a joint venture(s) would be a great way to accelerate acquisitions.
