Nathan's search method usually works, but I use what Google suggests: '<search item> site:www.biggerpockets.com' (without the single quotes on the Google search bar.) 

You'll need to consider DTI for any of those options, which is usually the limiting factor for people as they start to scale. 

Also, there are more things to consider than max ROI.Most people start by picking a particular type/style of property that they like for some reason (usually a gut decision).
