Second, if the above were true no loans would ever get sold in the secondary market.Some institutions MAY have a policy of not discussing their mortgage holdings unless under specific conditions.  

The reason the industry looks so saturated is because you have thousands of broker outfits with lender sounding names selling the products of the big box lenders.Is there true private money? 

That seems to hold true after some significant research, however, I see a trend that labels wholesalers as shady individuals.

I have no clue if this is actually true or not but this is what we were told.

Also,  my realtor is recommend down more so I can avoid a lot of fees, but from what I read, it is better to down as low as possible so we can get better Return on Investment,.... is that true ?
