- How common is it to find loans with these terms in the industry?

I just wanted to let people know of an option out there that i was really impressed by.I was looking for additional education as well as a way to get something that I could put on a resume as I was applying to Real Estate Industry jobs.

Pre-construction has been a cornerstone of Mexico's construction industry and economy for decades.

I understand this is the industry we’re in and sometimes things like this could happen. 

This is one of the most egregious frauds in the industry.

there are numerous commercial RE options such as storage units, mobile home parks, industrial, office, NNN, etc.  

My wife and I are very confident in the work/knowledge needed for flipping our first home and we have lots of connections in the construction industry for the things we are not sure about.

I think the rush is just the scarcity of the market-- its making people in the industry having to act fast.
