BiggerPockets, Google, YouTube.

After listening to about 30 hours of multiple podcasts, tons of youtube videos, skimming through facebook groups (which btw; half these people in these groups can barely structure a sentence and are full of online drama), calling these "guarantee you 5+ deals a day programs" and after hearing they require a payment of $5,500 for information I can get for free online, I am a little weary and I'm wondering if this is as easy as 80% of people who are doing it are claiming it be ?

I got my license with really no directions or plans for success, but i kept searching for direction. i found something on YOUTUBE that has changed my life.

I stumbled upon BP through You Tube about 3 months ago and have been hooked ever since. { I do enjoy the ribbing between Josh and Brandon} Not sure if there are many BP folks way up here but it would sure be great to meet some like minded Rich Dad Poor Dad fans.

I’ve read articles and watched videos all over the internet/YouTube and I think I have an idea of what to do but I haven’t figured out how to find buyers yet or how to write up a contract.

So far, we've been listening to a lot of Bigger Pockets, along with a variety of other podcasts and youtube channels.

I also have a small 401k that I am trying to figure out how to use whether it means closing it out and taking the hit or finding a way to transfer it into a Roth self directed.As I said I am really grateful that Bigger Pockets is here and have just been diving in the last few weeks since discovering their Youtube channel.Thanks Ya'll!
