Hi - I am looking to purchase a property in the Smoky Mountains area and operate as a short term rental.

What is not talked about as people are embarrased to is how many are losing money from these guru trainings vs. how many make $.  

I screen the pet to see if it’s well trained. 

There are many different DSCR lenders that operate in their own way.

Some tenants have been trained by their previous landlord to not contact them for any reason, they got upset. 

That is the best way and usually how I operate especially in the slow season to keep my subs busy.
