How difficult is it for brokers that aren't currently doing BPOs to get in?

Evil pinky to the mouth thing when you say "10 Million Dollars" to get the full effect.I highly doubt it's palusible unless you're dealing with proprietary technology or an IPO.

I have yet to see or hear a single guru talk about the difficulties of the business or discuss the truth about operating expenses, cash flow; or other serious matters.Having said all that, you will certainly read many books and articles while acquiring your education and starting with one book as opposed to another isn't terribly important.

I think that 99% of the time, it is completely in their control and they are evicted because they make a bad choice.Even if there is some legitimate reason why the tenant is having financial difficulties, why is it the landlords problem to not get paid?

In this situation, nobody (myself included) is particularly interested in serving on the board, possibly due to the difficulty of getting participation and cooperation from the rest of the owners.
