Hi All,

I've come across a problem on one of my properties. I closed on a property only last week using a title company received a warranty deed with title insurance. Obviously, the backtaxes were all fully paid.

What do you do if for some strange reason they say yes, but you have no intention of buying their property and only want to sell property to them?

What's strange about that is that the point of these companies taking over the note is that they don't have the bureaucracy that takes 2 months to figure out whether or not they have an acceptable net.
