This is obviously going to be a sticky situation because no one wants to hear they are going to have to pay more money to live somewhere.

We have millions of pine trees locally and no mills to buy and if they do, pre covid rices to land owner.

Hi, I think eviction moratorium will be lifted soon, you may have a little bit of a sticky situation with your tenant but I like to take the long view...if everything else checks out on the property, ask for a little discount and buy it!
