We are seeing a very bad trend regarding taxes here in DFW.

Is the trend doing down or up?

I'm located in the NYC market which has many screw up stories and I happen to make my share in the last 4 years.Here is my recent mistake and hope we could keep this trend going so we could learn not only the good but the bad experience as well.I was rehabbing my flip property with my crew.

We have a small group of investors that meets each month to discuss the market, trends in our area, and potential deals.

How can I figure out what is the best or hottest trend or strategy at this time in real estate investing in my area?

And Behr probably copies model home colors around the nation...or at least follows the same trends, maybe graying up the almonds and whites.
