I guess my problem is, that I am scouring the MLS with my realtor currently.

Account Closed says, there are cash buying investors who have agents scouring the MLS for them daily.  

I've been scouring every ad, listing, and wholesaler for a solid year and finally gave-up.  

TSP was not available as a residential cleaning agent in Greece, so I made due with soap, all-purpose cleaners, laundry detergent, and scouring pads.

I shot out the casual "if you're ever in Dallas" and got back "funny you should say that" Learned a lot more in twenty minutes of talking than I could in days of scouring the forums.

I've tried scouring the internet for ideas and have come across a few but I'd like to hear from other indivuduals to see what some of you may have done in the past.

Every month it sets empty you lose potential spending money, and the taxes will come due pretty soon.Could you scour and clean everything and just put on some paint and have a rental (???)

I actually bought a FC property through the new senate bill 1079 in CA few months ago .. and I do scour through stox posting and other sites for the upcoming fc properties .. and I see those junior liens being foreclosed but was uncertain how it would play out.great information on this thread .. and I now much more comfortable given the information here  .. perhaps I would try to bid on a small junior lien and allow things play out and see what happen. 

I've been scouring past forums for specifics, and have come up with something to work off I think.

Or you can use MHD or scour for Wholesalers to put you on their list; either way you going to pay a premium unless you find the deal yourself.
