I'm looking for a real estate attorney in the Houston area, or at the very least an attorney with investing knowledge in Texas.I want to differentiate between lease option sandwiches and wrap around mortgages, but I'm not getting clear answers anywhere.

What's your position on restructured meat sandwiches?

I can pay a few bucks more per sandwich and have much higher quality than Subway.Subways are more owner/operator businesses where if you pay manager not much profit.

Sucks, it does, I liked him, but who knows how many bacon sandwiches away from a coronary he was, we all knew it.     

Specifically, someone who is doing closings and has experience with owner financing, sandwich leases and other such terms transactions. 

Admittedly, she said breakfast is cereal and yogurt (self serving) and lunch is similar with maybe a premade sandwich. 

Step three, I would have both seller and the owner financed buyer sign off on an agreement that allows you to accept a contract release fee; In lease option assignments,  this is a option release fee.In a sandwich lease-option many times I will sell my interest with the tenant buyer to original seller and instead of a fee that is paid upfront by the seller.
