I have lived in the Central Valley area for 20 years.

In other words, the median family can't afford the median house in Cache Valley any more.Both methods converge on the conclusion that we are at or nearing the end of the run.

I work in Newport Beach but live 2 hours away in the valley just to save and invest.

Pretty much have it narrowed down to Bonny Doon or Corralitos/ Day Valley at this point. 

I know, those 3600 will turn over in a month or two, but that still means 1-2 good deals in the entire valley per month.

I was looking to see if others had recommendations for lenders, property managers and contractors in the Hagerstown, MD area.Lender: I have used Middletown Valley Bank before and they are easy to work with, but I feel their rates may have risen (6% on a 30 year fixed with .8 points)Property Manager: I have worked with Valley Properties before and they have been good.

Hi,I'm running the numbers on a 4/2 in a neighborhood between Lauren's Valley & Campbelton road. 

Nothing is cheap anymore, inventories are very low and anywhere in the valley below $350-400k are almost guaranteed gone within hours or going through bidding war, especially in the neighborhood like where this property is.

Just put 4 under, cash, in the Merrimack Valley in the last week.

My father's  family is all in Tallulah and over the river in Vicksburg.
