Agree with @Julie McCoy that the dashboard is a little glitchy sometimes requiring hard browser refreshes, but it seems to be getting better.

Mason & John, I work an odd schedule but I’m always ready for refreshments if I’m not working. 

If you send something to the guest and then later update it, the data auto refreshes electronically so when they look at the electronic guide, it is the most updated version.
