I could really use some guidance on how to approach this.To provide some context, the building is in a premium location, with easy access to lakes, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and public transportation.

The public will decide if its needed or worth it. 

The information is there for Sold comps under Public Information, but you just have to dig a little deeper and do a little extra searching to get it.

Not to mention, you have to ask each listing for it since it will no longer allowed to be shown on the public listing.

A lot of these answers are very personal and should never be shared on a public internet forum. 

(This should lower surprise assessments and help maintain buildings in safe condition.)The inspection results will be made publicly available through the state. 

But, I'm hesitant to throw out any names publicly, as these things can change, and I this post may be here long after a club has gone downhill.
