The costs or hours spent on promoting your website through SEO, Google Ads, web maintenance, content creation(for keyword indexing), etc might be exactly the same or higher then simply using a company platform who does all this lead gen for you for a small fee.Perhaps you have a different strategy though and I am missing the point.

If so, it might not just be so simple to create an LLC and transfer them out of your personal name, and their mere creation does not necessarily protect you   I agree that having proper insurance and perhaps an additional layer of umbrella coverage can be helpful.

Your legal advice is from someone who wants to sell you the LLC creation etc. 

Hence, investing all your money into RE might not be the best way as you would like a combination of liquidity management with long-term wealth creation.

Otherwise you're relying solely on appreciation to build equity and as I see it equity build up is where the real wealth creation in real estate is at.
