There are hard money and private lenders that can offer you short term loans for the purchase price and rehab.

Review the PPM and Operating Agreement: Start by thoroughly reviewing the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and the Operating Agreement you received when you initially invested.

I am currently using them and wanted a second opinion on their customer service with you. 

I mention this, because at the end of the day, these are all investments, just like stocks and bonds and private equity, etc.  

As an alternative, you can also look for a private lender.

You will already be saving substantial closing costs with a private deal.
