Reassessing/prioritizing my personal and career objectives.

I would love to collaborate with your realtor who does fix and flips.

I’ve spent years learning through books, podcast, Webinars, etc…, and have already begun my investment journey but feel I could benefit from prioritizing my objectives since time is valuable.I’m looking to organize my investment priorities through OKRs.

How we react in difficult times is what they will remember when it comes time to prioritize their responsibilities to pay the rent.

So I suggest for :Property Manager : How about adding incentive for the property manager to prioritize your needs over other properties? 

@Nicholas Gray I have strong relationships with contractors who prioritize safety and have the protective gear to keep themselves and others safe and healthy.

It results in the perverse outcome of tenants prioritizing less or non-essentials like phone, cable, internet, even credit cards over the essential of rent because these less-essentials will be shut down if they don’t pay.I totally understand the moratorium on evictions but it should be coupled with rental assistance.

For small landlords you can resent one person and their personality quirks and for big ones you can resent a faceless corporation that prioritizes its own profits over your convenience.
