According to the broker/owner I spoke with, the former pm/realtor had been keeping me "off the books".The same day the president of the condo HOA knocked on my door (he's a good friend) to ask if I knew what was up with the HOA fee being late.

After talking to some of my neighbors I found ou the president of our HOA, had stepped down and a new President had been voted in, old pres would not turn over the records and computer to new Pres so he ended up stepping down because he could not do the job w/o records.
