All end buyers can see it on the market now and can buy it direct so what would the point be of you locking it up on assignment and then asking people to come back and buy it when they already could have bought it without paying you spread in the middle.

Obviously, no one wants another 2008 situation, but I think easing up on the regulations a bit could be great for both investors and people buying homes.

So the duplexes are in more quiet secluded areas and rent to more of your regular 9-5 workers there are more than people think but not much for sale. 

It will take criminal legal action or very heavy civil penalties to stop what he is doing, which is marketing dreams and selling crap.yes definition of a DREAM MERCHANT with no experience or credibility other than being on TV to back him up.. !!
