Any tips?

Over the past couple of years, I’ve learned a lot about the business—like how to analyze markets, underwrite deals, and connect with brokers.

Before becoming a designer, I was a systems engineer and business analyst (MIS degree), so my process is deeply rooted in formulas to keep the right elements at the forefront.

Over the years, I’ve learned that offering tiered returns can be a win-win strategy—it rewards investors for their level of commitment while helping us maintain flexibility in our business.

I went through it anyway bc she had a good footprint online, I liked the designs, and a couple of ppl at another STR group recommended her (not an excuse, I was super busy and thought I was dealing with a professional).

They'll be your best friend & business partner in making sure the property performs and gets the attention it needs to keep tenants in place for years to come. 

They claim to market on dozens of online channels, and they seem to know the right amenities to feature, have great design, services, experiences etc.

It would be pretty simple to find a mortgage loan calculator online; input the current loan balance; and modify the terms as needed.

I also own a water restoration and general maintenance business in the area and the amount of STR owners that we have spoken with is insane.
