If you don't, you might need to install cameras or get eyewitness reports from other tenants.  

There are stickers on the window saying "smile you're being recorded" (I do not see any cameras on the outside) and it looks like there are some other papers in the window I am not sure if I can go up close to read them and peak in the window.

You own that space and control it, so they have no legal right to privacy when trespassing in your space.You can get someone else to take photos or you could even buy a Trail Camera and hide it somewhere.
