I'm not talking about saving for savings sake, but actively considering how a dollar can reproduce itself so that you can not only have whatever it is you want to buy, but also put more of the reproductions to work making more dollars and still have the original dollar.

Either way parking and laundry are major amenities and I would highlight that. 

And he can purchase the property himself from the defaulting borrower, or purchase a (majority) ownership in the subject property.

So while you may get several numbers for an individual, not all numbers will still be active for that person so the total accuracy rate will go down.

Some will require to use the lowest credit score while others will just require the majority owner or use the highest if all equal.
