There is a variable missing in your post that is the key to answering the question of which asset to leverage to purchase the asset you have in mind.

The key is finding a reputable house-moving company in your area that can handle permits, utility disconnections, and logistics.

The key IMO is to have great, hard-to-find houses.

I watched Michael's content for a couple years was eager to get into the turn key program. i gave them 20k to get started and then I had to stop the program after a just a couple property options were sent over. 

Having a good game plan as an investor is key, making wise purchases, accurate budgets, holding subs accountable and to also know, yes, this may be the  current ARV at purchase, but how is this market trending and what’s our timeline.

Cash for keys is a terrible technique preached by rookies.

You can drive by and see if there is a info map/board with them available, and lastly you can go to the AHJ and lookup their addressing approval.

I really would not be negotiating cash for keys now with the daughter at all..
