I look forward to becoming knowledgeable in REI as well as interacting with sincere people in my real estate learning and investment endeavors.

I guess after 10 years of talking about my business I got carried away and they pushed my intro there.That being said I am looking forward to meeting new people and growing my knowledge of real estate investing through interacting with other like minded people on Bigger Pockets.

So when they do call I'm like "hey Jim, yea I remember we met @...." and they are amazed that I remember them from that 10 second interaction.

In my interactions with the court, (keeping in mind that I live in a different state) the intent of a contract can sometimes supersede the actual contract itself. 

I hope to learn a lot from BP members in the Raleigh area and through interacting on the site.

It also may affect your interactions with city hall, contractors, etc.

I am looking forward to interacting with the members here and learning as much as I can about the field and hopefully get some very valuable contacts.

He can be so bad with buyers, at one point we made a rule that he was not allowed to interact directly with buyers because he was scaring the you know what out of them regularly.
